GRECHETTO – Umbria Igt bianco : We use two clone selections of Grechetto grapes, which finds conditions in our region ideal for growing.
It is a traditional local grape variety that dates as far back as the etruscans and romans.

GRAPES: grechetto.
COLOR: brilliant straw-yellow.
SCENT: intense bouquet that is full of varietal aroma.
TASTE: full and consistent body that, after fining in the bottle, gains in roundness and sensory complexity.

It goes very well with various types of first courses, shellfish, boiled or baked fish, various types of fried foods and white meat.
Serve at 10-12° C.
