GRECHETTO - VILLA MONTICELLI - Umbria Igt bianco : It is a great white wine, produced by a clone selection of Grechetto grapes which finds conditions in our region ideal for growing.
It is a traditional local grape variety that dates as far back as the etruscans and romans.

GRAPES: grechetto.
COLOR: brilliant straw-yellow.
SCENT: intense bouquet that is full of varietal aroma.
TASTE: full and consistent body that, after fining in the bottle, gains in roundness and sensory complexity.
FERMENTATION: in french oak wooden barrels.

It goes very well with various types of first courses, shellfish, boiled or baked fish, various types of fried foods and white meat.
Serve at 15° C.
