PULICCHIO - Orvieto Classico Superiore Doc Amabile : We use the grapes from the Pulicchio vineyard, which are picked at the end of the harvest and thus particularly rich in sugar, to produce this Orvieto Classico Superiore “amabile”.

GRAPES: the same as Orvieto wine.
COLOR: it has a straw-yellow color.
SCENT: varied and complex bouquet.
TASTE: this delightful wine is fruity to the palate and has great personality and character.

We recommend serving it with appetizers - particularly paté de foie gras - as well as with goat, herbed or sharp cheeses.
It is also ideal served as a dessert wine with cookies, or even between meals.
Serve cool at 8-10° C.
